ADAPT's founder, Brian Cassidy, has a specific goal to create an education- based program that eliminates the division between medical and training fractions to allow for an optimal approach to human performance.The opinions and views at BLOGADAPT.COM are based on the ADAPT principles of training. Through extensive study of anatomy, biomechanics, and neuromuscular development, the ADAPT principles were formed as a set of guidelines for trainers and therapists to reference. Understanding the design and intended usage of the multiple systems that comprise the human body is the foundation for the ADAPT Training system.
