Fitness Classes

Adapting to new challenges

Our classes are held throughout the day Monday to Friday with one morning class on Saturday. Each day has a different focus and is designed to give your body everything it needs to be strong, healthy, and in great shape. ADAPT training has developed a very unique approach to fitness classes. Every workout is different; we do not use the same routine over and over again. These classes are for individuals who are interested in training, not the latest fad or craze. You will never be bored and your body will never plateau. Our class instructors will inspire you, and your body will have new physical challenges to overcome on a daily basis. There is no fluff to an ADAPT class.

The ADAPT training system allows the instructor the ability to adapt the exercises to fit the physical needs of each client. The classes are for all age groups and activity levels; no matter what your fitness level, you will make progress. If you want a challenge; if you demand results: the ADAPT fitness classes are for you.

Fitness Classes: Held throughout the day on weekdays, and a class on Saturdays.
