ADAPT offers multiple training options for teams to become involved with our system. We develop customized in-season and off-season programs to fit the needs of each team. Whether training in our state of the art facility or using a designed program to fit the special requirements of you own facility, ADAPT will customize a training program that is consistent with the wants and needs of each individual coach.
Sports Specific Training
ADAPT's sports specific training counteracts the overuse aspects of sports specialization. ADAPT will focus on rebuilding a balanced body which is more injury resistant and also moves with speed and agility.
We correct for muscular patterns in:
