The Endurance Boot Camp is designed to use progressive muscular activation routines on recovery days to maximize the performance of the Camp Days. The real challenge to endurance development is the ability to push your systems to new heights while preventing muscular crashes that can lead to training setbacks and injuries. Brian has been instructing performance boot camps for 15 years and has developed this cutting edge approach to dramatically increase endurance in a short four week period.
