  • Our classes are held throughout the day Monday to Friday with one morning class on Saturday. Each day has a different focus and is designed to give your body everything it needs to be strong, healthy, and in great shape. ADAPT training has developed a very unique approach to fitness classes. Every workout is different; we do not use the same routine over and over again. These classes are for individuals who are interested in training, not the latest fad or craze. You will never be bored and your body will never plateau. Our class instructors will inspire you, and your body will have new physical challenges to overcome on a daily basis. There is no fluff to an ADAPT class.

This is not your standard personal training program, everything in the program is customized and altered for your benefit. Your goals, physical condition, and personal likes will determine the type of program designed for you.

    Boot Camps

  • ADAPT Boot Camps are a 4-week training progression that will challenge you unlike any other training in the area. These camps are designed to make the biggest impact on the body in the shortest amount of time. This crash course in training and conditioning is designed to tear down improperly developed muscular systems and rebuild them more efficiently. The results: increased speed, strength, endurance, and the confidence that comes from pushing yourself further than you ever thought possible.

    Boot Camps are for all ages and ability levels. We customize the demand to each clients needs. Learn to play again on our adult playground.
