When you work directly with an ADAPT trainer, the exercises can be constantly modified as your body makes adjustments and reacts to the movements. Also your trainer can let you know of important adjustments to make to your form.

Having an ADAPT trainer oversee your entire program ensures the fastest and most productive outcome. This is not your standard personal training program, everything in the program is customized and altered for your benefit. Your goals, physical condition, and personal likes will determine the type of program designed for you.

Individuals

One session: $85 (first time clients only)
3 session intro package: $150 (first time clients only)
5 sessions: $395
10 Sessions ($75 each) = $750
20 Sessions ( $68 each) = $1,360

Group Training

Small Group Training

5 sessions: $545
10 sessions: $1050
20 sessions: $2100

Mid Size Group Training (6 - 10 individuals)
