Our dynamic stretching class combines the best of yoga, pilates and traditional stretching techniques creating a truly unique experience. Each class has a specific progression of exercises designed to maximize range of motion, while introducing muscular stability and endurance into every joint.
Dynamic stretching is not a single set of exercises repeatedly used for each class. Every dynamic stretching session is individually designed using specific exercise sequences that allows for optimal impact on the body. Doing the same set of exercises over and over again can have a negative impact on your muscular function. Dynamic stretching won't allow your body to develop compensative patterns.
