Weight Loss and Lifestyle Program

ADAPT Results is a tri-weekly semi-private class focusing on weight loss (more than 10 pounds); correcting lifestyle habits for healthy and sustainable weight loss and correcting lifestyle habits for healthier living.

This class will focus on your weight loss goals and use tried and true techniques to get you there! A mix of uptempo cardio, boot camp style training, intensified weights, and a realistic eating program will initiate weight loss. All levels are welcomed & encouraged. Jennifer has worked with multiple skill levels on a daily basis.

You will be given a weekly schedule to follow for both workouts and food.

Monday and Wednesday: 5:30PM to 6:30PM
Friday: 6:00PM to 7:00PM

1 class session $360
3 class sessions $970 (save 10%)
6 class sessions $1835 (save 15%)
