CAMP SCHEDULE AM SESSION: 2-hrs Performance Training
Increase your speed, power and endurance while learning the proper training techniques to eliminate injuries and reduce recovery time.
Led by Jerod Warf, ADAPT Head Trainer
PM SESSION: 2-hrs Skills & Strategy
Work with US Paralympic Head Coach, James “Gumbie” Gumbert and Team FORCE Head Coach, Troy McGuirk to develop your court skills with situational drills, scenario run-throughs, and full-court live scrimmages.
Led by James Gumbert, Head Coach, US Paralympics Wheelchair Rugby National Team
CAMP EXPECTATIONS
- Be on time and prepared for each daily training session
- Perform assigned Supplemental Routines during 1-week Camp
- Never give less than your best effort
- Be a serious athlete determined to increase performance level
- Treat fellow athletes with upmost respect
- Push yourself and those around you
- Be in tournament/try-out physical condition
