Please ask the ADAPT receptionist for enrollment information on Athletic's Speed and Power (SAP). There is a level 4 test required for gym members to enter the SAP class.

*Instructor approval is required for participation in the Advanced 5:00PM class.

ADAPT members are always welcome to use the gym anytime the facility is open.There are also a variety of preplanned workouts available for your use. If a class or other program is in session, please workout in the areas and facilities of the gym that are not being used.

Gym Visits

For a guided tour and explanation of the ADAPT training philosophy, please visit our gym between 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday.
