Adaptable Fuel System (AFS)
ADAPT Training understands the neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems and how they work together. Similar to the ADAPT training system, all laws of the human body are applied and acknowledged in the Adaptable Fuel System (AFS). We understand the humans’ ability to adapt to food and how nature intended for the body to be fueled. This 6-week program is designed to guide you to a healthy, sustainable, and nutritious lifestyle. Our goal is to teach you how to effectively and efficiently fuel your machine, how to maximize your desired results, and how to remedy your relationship with food.
With AFS, you will:

This six week program will take your body through three distinct phases, each one having specific, easy to follow guidelines

One of the hardest yet most rewarding challenges that I've ever put my body and mind through. I started at 136 pounds with 19.9% body fat. A short six weeks later, I was weighing in at 129 pounds with 17.8% body fat. However, the more impressive thing for me was finding out how amazing my body felt and performed once I cut the sugar and cleaned up my diet.
