Come visit us at ADAPT Training, tour the facility, meet the Specialists you will be working with and have the opportunity to learn more about the program in a one-on-one meeting with one of the program specialists.
II: Advanced Evaluation
The Advanced Evaluation is comprised of five sessions with an Advanced Specialist dedicated to establishing the client’s baseline abilities with regard to the Five Fundamentals of Movement. These evaluation sessions allow the Specialist to identify the client’s goals, motivations, time constraints and lifestyle through an in-depth interview process. The Advanced Specialist will create and take clients through a series of workouts specifically designed to target each of the Five Fundamentals. These sessions are intended to provide clients with the opportunity to evaluate our philosophy and techniques while the Specialist observes and analyzes their abilities.
III: Advanced Evaluation Review
The final 30 minutes of your Advanced Evaluation are spent discussing the results of the 5 sessions with your Specialist. This is a time to revisit the responses provided in your Intake Interview and assess your goals for the future.
The Next Step
It is during your five sessions that your Advanced Recovery Specialist, with your assistance and input, will determine the progression of your recovery. At ADAPT, there are many ways that we can help provide you with the optimum environment for advancement toward your goals. With your input, your Specialist will provide you a custom goal oriented training progression and make suggestions regarding program options to help you exceed all previous expectations.
