ADAPT Performance Camp

MONDAY - FRIDAY, 7AM - 8:30AM

MONDAY - THURSDAY, 2:30PM - 4PM

 

You don't need serious talent, you just need serious commitment! This camp is designed for athletes to break through previous barriers and unleash athleticism. With both a morning session focusing on speed & quickness and an afternoon session focused on strength & power, athletes are able to get the full package for their training. 

Taking both sessions of Cassidy Camp is the ultimate experience in becoming a better athlete. In all sports, it is imperative to not only have good muscular and cardio endurance, but also muscular strength and power in order to dominate your competition. Morning sessions of camp are geared toward increasing the athletes' speed, quickness and endurance in all aspects, in addition to building the durability of the athlete in order to reduce risk of injury. The evening sessions will focus on building the strength and power of the athlete, as well as the overall coordination of all body movements that will help in any specific sport. When combining both sessions over the 4 weeks, our athletes will not only get a leg up on their competition in the physical aspect, but also their mental capacity to push themselves beyond their previous thoughts and expectations.  

 

What To Expect:

Athletes Will:

  • Redefine Athleticism 

  • Develop Speed, Quickness, & Balance

  • Increase Strength and Power

  • Improve Reaction Time

Cost: 

  • $475 - both sessions

  • $375 - morning session only (speed & quickness)    

  • $275 - evening session only (strength & power)
